We're Hiring: Graphic Designer - Social Media Coordinator

Our group of six Ashley Furniture HomeStores, located in Central Ohio and Western Michigan, is looking for a Graphic Designer/Social Media Coordinator to elevate our brand and drive growth through high-impact content.

What you'll Do:
You’ll create and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and our website—everything from graphics, reels, and stories to sales materials and video campaigns. You’ll collaborate with our teams, attend in-store events across all six locations to capture content, update web and Google Business pages, design promotional signage, and build partnerships that grow our presence and reach.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media content, videos, graphics, and promotions
  • Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content
  • Design promotional signage for in-store and digital campaigns
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the company website
  • Travel to store locations and events for content capture
  • Create marketing briefs and collaborate across departments
  • Collaborate with store leadership to promote and execute marketing events
  • Track metrics, analyze performance, and optimize strategy
  • Maintain website and Google Business listings
  • Identify and act on trends and growth opportunities
  • Develop relationships and partnerships with influencers and community organizations for collaboration
  • Manage online engagement through comments, messages, and interactions
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years experience in Marketing, Social Media, or Graphic Design
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing past work
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Proven ability to create scroll-stopping visuals and short-form video
  • Strong eye for design and brand consistency
  • Excellent time management and adaptability
  • Insight into analytics, engagement, and digital trends
